The Woodlands HOA

 Annual Homeowners’ Meeting

Each October, as required by the Woodlands Covenants and By-Laws, the board organizes a meeting of the homeowners to provide reports on the past year, to outline plans for the coming year, to report on elections, and to present for approval a budget for the coming year. This meeting is usually held on the second Thursday in October, from 7-8:30pm over a zoom digital meeting space. Please see the newsletter and/or email announcements for the zoom information. If for some reason you are a homeowner who isn’t receiving these items, please put in an HOA Request on this website.

Regular Open Board HOA Meetings are usually held on the second Thursday of the month, from 7-8:30pm over zoom (excluding December). Please see the minutes section of this website to see the current dates of these meetings and to view the agenda for the upcoming meeting.

Providing transparent financial planning is important to the neighborhood. That is why easy access to yearly budgets are a priority for The Woodlands. Please see the documents below to review this data.

Please note: Confidential financial information such as monthly financials, signed contracts, reserve studies and invoices are provided to homeowners directly through monthly emails and access to the Homeowner Google Drive.
